Terms of sale and use

These terms are between you and Buntikki Technologies Private Limited ("we"), for the Ziggle Mac app and this website.
Your licence
- Buying Ziggle gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Ziggle 1 on one Mac you own or control, including free updates for every 1.x version. You can move the licence to another Mac by deactivating it on the old one. A future major version (Ziggle 2) may be sold separately.
- You may not resell, share publicly or reverse-engineer your licence key or the app.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include GST. Launch prices change as copies sell; you pay the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments.
Your files
Ziggle processes files on your Mac. Keep backups of important files. Ziggle does not change originals unless you choose to replace them, and then moves originals to the Bin where possible.
Warranty and liability
Ziggle is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your licence.
Open-source software
Ziggle includes open-source components under their own licences, listed in the app (Settings › About).
