- Which Macs does Ziggle run on?
- Any Mac with macOS 26 or later. It's built for Apple silicon and uses the Mac's own media engine, so it's fast and quiet. Summaries need a Mac that supports Apple Intelligence.
- Is it a subscription?
- No. You pay once and Ziggle is yours to keep. One licence is for one Mac; moving to a new Mac? Deactivate it on the old one in Settings › License.
- Are updates free?
- Yes. Every Ziggle 1.x update (1.1, 1.2, 1.3 and so on) is free, with new tools and fixes. If we ever make a much bigger Ziggle 2, it may be a paid upgrade, and your Ziggle 1 keeps working either way.
- Are my files uploaded anywhere?
- Never. Every tool, including speech to text, summaries and translation, runs on your Mac. Ziggle only goes online to check your licence and look for updates.
- Will it change my original files?
- No. New files are saved next to the originals or in a folder you pick. Replacing originals is an option you have to choose and confirm, and even then the originals go to the Bin, so Undo can bring them back.
- Do I need to install anything else?
- No. Everything Ziggle needs is inside the app: no Terminal, no Homebrew, no plug-ins.
- What do I get for the price?
- Everything: all 39 tools, every Ziggle 1.x update for free, and support by email. One payment, nothing else to buy.
- What if it's not for me?
- Write to us within 7 days of buying and we'll refund you in full.
- Does it respect accessibility settings?
