Privacy policy

Buntikki Technologies Private Limited ("we") makes Ziggle. This policy explains what we collect and why. In short: your files never leave your Mac, and we collect only what we need to sell you a licence.

The Ziggle app

• Every tool runs on your Mac. Ziggle does not upload, read or store your files on any server.
• The app contacts our server only to activate and periodically check your licence (sending your licence key and the name of your Mac) and to check for updates.
• The app has no analytics or advertising trackers.

When you buy

• We store your name, email address, phone number, order details and licence key, to deliver the licence, provide support and keep tax records.
• Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• We email your licence key using Resend.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data (except what we must keep by law) by writing to support@ziggle.app.

This website

This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets analytics cookies and Google receives your IP address and browser details; we don't use advertising cookies. You can block it with your browser's privacy settings or an add-on. The Mac app itself has no analytics.
